Kirsty is a nutritionist specialising in performance nutrition. She provides personalised, strategy-based nutrition advice to help clients achieve their goals, which range from specific sports performance goals to simply performing optimally in everyday life. Her clients include athletes training for competitions, individuals wishing to lose weight or become healthier, and corporate clients.
As a keen endurance runner, Kirsty believes in having a healthy relationship with food – one that involves understanding the power of food for health and peak performance, as well as enjoyment and lifestyle balance. She also believes that introducing small changes into one’s life is the key to developing long-term, sustainable improvements. By developing such changes into habits, they act as a catalyst for positive transformation, leading to a healthier and happier life.
Kirsty earned a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition & Health from Roehampton University while living in London. After moving to Croatia, she studied food security through Ryerson University in Toronto. She started endurance running while living in Moscow and developed her understanding of the need for a more strategic approach to food. This led to a specialisation in sports nutrition and a Diploma in Sports Nutrition through the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
Kirsty now lives in Singapore with her husband, three children and two cats. She is an accredited nutritionist with the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association (SNDA).
