One of the best ways to cultivate a regular meditation is to join a regular practice group.
In collaboration with the Mindfulness Collective, we offer you an opportunity to connect with a mindfulness community, maintain your meditation practice, and deepen your understanding of mindfulness.
This session is for anyone who wants to deepen their mindfulness practice, find out more about meditation and it's transformative potential, and learn together with a group of like-minded practitioners. The meditation that we practice follows the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) curriculum, by Jon Kabat Zinn.
The format typically includes:
• A short talk on a mindfulness-related theme
• Meditation practice (guided and unguided) and debrief
This sitting is open up to past MBSR/MBCT graduates or anyone who are interested in taking part in this mindfulness journey. As space is limited, please sign up only if you can attend the event.
