How it works
The RCM program includes:

A detailed StressScan assessment to develop a personalised development plan

Four 1-on-1 coaching sessions and weekly assignments 

(Development of a regular meditation practice + 4 key mental skills of: a. Perspective-Taking, b. Non-Attachment, c. Conscious Decision-Making, d. Beginner's Mind)

A second StressScan assessment to measure your progress

Program duration: 8-12 weeks

What is the StressScan

The StressScan is a quick yet reliable assessment to identify the lifestyle, coping and psychosocial factors that help individuals withstand the adverse effects of daily stress. 

The StressScan has over 15 years of published research showing significant associations with a wide range of health and organisational outcomes such as absenteeism, job satisfaction, physical illness, job burnout, depression, anxiety and psychological distress in working adults. A large international normative database is used to compare lifestyle practices, health habits and wellness practices in working adults.

This validated self-report stress inventory measures critical stress, lifestyle management and coping scales. This data is then used to generate a comprehensive feedback report summarising results and providing information for optimising workplace performance and overall wellness.
